Ireland AM TV3 Value Menu Award 2003
In June 2003, Head Chef Ciaran was nominated by the Restaurant Association of Ireland to represent Ulster in the Ireland AM/TV3 awards. Each competitor prepared a starter and main course from their respective menus for under €20.
Four other nominated Chefs representing Munster, Connaught, Leinster and Dublin appeared live on TV3. Ciaran prepared Andy's Peking Duck Leg for starters followed by a Sirloin Steak with Andy's popular Robert Sauce. Viewers were required to register their vote for their favourite Chef.
